A practice decades in the making.
JASMINE LUTZ, LPCC
Owner & Practitioner
Hi! I’m Jasmine & I’m glad you’re here.
I firmly believe it takes great courage to admit when you need help. I would be honored to invite you into an environment where you feel safe to be open, honest, challenged, and heard in a judgment-free space.
The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative process. I bring the experience and skill, and you determine the direction and pace of the work. I will draw on my experience and training to tailor your therapy experience to fit the client’s specific needs. Through this partnership, I hope you can gain insight into how past experiences may contribute to present circumstances. Together we’ll explore unhelpful patterns of behavior keeping you stuck, and learn to create meaning and purpose to implement beneficial solutions to the challenges you’re facing.
It’s my greatest privilege to be entrusted with your time, life, and story. I desire to coming alongside those ready for a fresh start. I hope this process can renew your hope in the ability to heal, grow, and take back control of your life.

I am the owner of RHT and have just under fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. My career started in Pittsburgh, working with clients at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. During my time there, I worked closely with patients who had dual diagnoses (co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders) as well as children with varying mental health diagnoses.
After relocating to Columbus, Ohio, I continued my career at The Buckeye Ranch Day Treatment Program. I worked closely with the treatment team to help children and adolescents develop skills to help them successfully transition back to their home school districts.
I entered into private practice in 2019 and began the process of choosing my areas of clinical focus. I am passionate about working with couples and clients who are struggling with the effects of stress and trauma.

Originally from New York, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three beautiful children in Columbus, Ohio. If there’s a Pizookie, pickup volleyball game, or jazz festival around, I won’t be far behind.
